Brenda’s desire to help people set her on a career path to become an estate-planning paralegal. She drafts various estate planning documents and ensures that all our deeds are properly processed by the County Recorder’s Office. Brenda additionally manages the staff’s workflow and meets weekly with Attorneys and staff to discuss progress of our cases. She is responsible for managing all estate planning files and ensures that our process is smooth and efficient from start to finish.

Brenda received her paralegal certificate in 2005. Prior to joining Lynk Law, she worked as a paralegal at another boutique estate planning firm and has over thirteen years of experience in the field.
