Since those with no religious affiliation might not have the same process or procedures set forth as perhaps Catholicism or Christianity might have, Celebrants strive to help create a streamlined process to reflect the deceased’s personality and memory. Celebrants are not simply “event planners”, but rather are certified in helping create a spiritual, non-affiliated funeral or memorial service. Usually the Celebrant will meet with the family to get to know the deceased’s history, any quirky stories, or simply their likes and dislikes. The Celebrant will then create a theme for the funeral or memorial service that best preserves the deceased’s memory and help the family with the entire process. Each document we create for our clients is personalized and customized to meet their specifications with almost every situation that might arise. Specifically in the Revocable Living Trust or Will, depending on your situation, and the through the use of the Advance Health Care Directive, we incorporate language that will help your loved ones know what your wishes are for your funeral or memorial services.
